The Schedule

8-Week Hospitality Lab Timeline

A structured transformation program that embeds hospitality into the DNA of your firm. Each week builds on the last, combining virtual sessions with on-site visits for lasting change.

Week 1: Leadership Discovery

Week 1: Leadership Discovery

Individual virtual meetings with the lead advisor and each member of the leadership team or partner group. I get to know you as individuals—your personalities, backgrounds, strengths, weaknesses, vision for the firm, and passions. We'll also discuss any specific areas you'd like me to address with the team.

Week 2: First On-Site Visit

Afternoon presentation and workshop (3-4 hours) followed by dinner together. The next morning, we'll have a 2-hour working session where I'll provide specific focus areas for the team to begin implementing before our next engagement.

Weeks 3-4: Individual & Group Coaching

Virtual meetings with individuals or small groups (depending on firm size) to provide role-specific direction and work through implementation together.

Week 5: Leadership Feedback Session

I meet with leadership to share observations, feedback, and insights from my engagement with the team so far.

Week 6: Second On-Site Visit

Afternoon workshop (3-4 hours) to help the team systematize and sustain the work we've been doing. Optional dinner that evening.

Week 7: Leadership Debrief

Final leadership session to refine strategy, address any outstanding questions, and clarify next steps.

Week 8: Full-Firm Conclusion

A final meeting with the entire team to celebrate progress, clarify commitments, and conclude the Lab.
